Children's Day in Poland falls on 1 June, just a moment away. Other countries celebrate on different dates. The UN General Assembly resolved each state may organise Children's Day celebrations whenever it deems right. In 2 days our wonderful holiday arrives; without ideas where and how to spend it with your kids, we have a super plan. We propose active outdoor fun – a rope park.
Rope parks mean adventure and good fun. Places eagerly visited by kids and adults who love movement, challenges and testing skills. Crossing tree-hung obstacle courses demands fitness, agility, coordination and courage. Rope park time is an exciting way to improve condition, sport training and mountain climbing prep. Also a chance to beat height fears, self-belief or stress. Finally, fresh air plus time with family and friends of similar interests.
All these advantages meet at Rope Park 3 valleys – NEW at Arlamow Hotel, fantastically located: near the hotel, in the natural surrounding forest stand. The park covers about 1 ha, routes of varying difficulty with numerous obstacles totalling 600 m sit on 44 trees, 3 to 13 m above ground. Crucially – ecology matters hugely in Arlamow – the mounting spares trees. Ropes on special limiters do not cut bark, platforms mount non-invasively on tree-hugging straps. As trees grow, straps loosen, ropes slacken and tension per safety and stand needs. Plus soothing nature neighbourhood and Poland's cleanest air benefit park visitors.
Who is the rope park for
The 3valleys rope park welcomes kids from age 6, youth and adults. The park has 4 routes: training (3 obstacles), easy from age 6 (102 m long, 3.5 m high), medium (204.5 m, 6 m high) and hard (251.5 m, 13 m high). Everyone picks a skill-matched route, using safety gear after short training.
When
Arlamow's rope park is recreational-sport. Open daily (outside winter season) 10:00 - 18:00. Daily capacity 300-400 people, a pick for kids, families, organised groups and companies. Trained instructors guard safety.
Attractions
The new 3 valleys rope park is another tourist attraction of the region and Arlamow Hotel, where you can develop sport passions, practising over 30 sport disciplines. The local Sports Centre includes full-size football and rugby pitches (one artificial FIFA-certified, one natural heated turf), a sports hall with handball, volleyball and basketball courts, a tennis hall with clay and squash courts. Two gyms, a fitness room, an 18-metre climbing wall and two 25-metre sport shooting ranges. The hotel offers billiards, ping pong, bowling and mini golf. A pool with swim lanes and recreation area, of course. Guests love the outdoor pool, bathing in warm water with unforgettable surrounding hill views and endless Carpathian Forest depth. Equestrians use 15 horses including 3 ponies and 3 foals, hotel stables, vast grounds and 2 indoor arenas (1012 m2 and 429m2). Outside sit tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, beach football and handball courts, plus a multifunctional basketball, streetball, handball and badminton court. Anglers find 3 fish ponds in Trojca and 1 in Jamna valley. The complex rents mountain bikes, poles, skates, fishing and golf gear.
