Fashion editors, designers, creators and fashion industry leaders gathered in Denmark's capital to explore Copenhagen Fashion Week SS24. Four days of discovering new talents, learning from industry experts and watching the newest trends – the show was a versatile spectacle. From minimalist Scandinavian style to controversial floral and psychedelic prints, guest stylings were as eclectic as those on the runway.

Pick Your Pink
Pink's popularity has grown since the AW22 season, and the Barbie fever after the film premiere continues. The cultural phenomenon exploded, and industry experts flaunted the world's new favourite colour during Copenhagen Fashion Week. Driven by Ken-ergy, there is a shade for everyone, whether cherry blossom, fuchsia or BarbieTM pink. Countless pink shades appeared both subtly as an accessory and in full head-to-toe stylings like Beyonce's Acne Studios moment – proving there is more than one way to style the colour of the year.
Flowers and frills
Continuing into AW23, flowers and frills floated through Copenhagen streets, versatile for both special-occasion and everyday stylings. Controversial 3D flowers inspired by the Loewe spring/summer 23 collection were worn by guests wanting to stand out, while more delicate flowers with ruched details were used by those preferring a toned-down style.
Over Printed
All-over fabric print, tie-dye and blurred print were a noticeable trend all week. In Loewe's signature tube dress, we spotted several editors and creators opting for blurred prints and other psychedelic patterns – Kendall Jenner style. Innovative graphics by designers including Y-Project and Roksanda prove the so-called dopamine drama still fills wardrobes worldwide.
Butter Color
A colour scientifically proven to instantly improve mood, butter yellow is the new beige. This colour expresses quiet luxury; the shade appeared in SS23 collections by Rejina Pyo, Givenchy and Bottega Veneta. Whether a full styling or a statement handbag, top makers at Copenhagen Fashion Week wore delicate pastel yellow shades.
Office style
Minimalist smart-style designs were a strong aesthetic element at Copenhagen Fashion Week. From loose black suits to pencil skirts with cropped shirts, office chic appeared on runways throughout 2023. Viral sensation Emma D'Arcy is one of many celebrities who spread this style after wearing an oversized black Acne Studios suit with a skirt over trousers at her Golden Globes debut.
Sporty style — winning streak
While the Women's Football World Cup keeps exciting fans worldwide, the trend blending fashion with football notes another popularity surge after last year's FIFA World Cup. Get the styling with adidas Samba shoes and a football tee tucked into a denim skirt or straight jeans. And football is not the only world where sport and fashion collide; from mountain trail pieces to tennis-style clothing, the whole sports category gains popularity. Debutant Paolina Russo's collection presented at CPH FW featured breathable technical sportswear, lycra pieces and sporty graphics.
